Contest runs May 17,2010 12:01am EST to June 18, 2010 11:59pm. All contest entries must be emailed within the contest period in order to be considered.
The winner of the Cutest Tutu Contest will be chosen on June 19th and announced on June 20th, 2010. Emily from LearnHowToMakeBows.com will be the judge and will choose the cutest tutu based on her opinion. All decisions made by the judge are final.
$100.00 US cash prize will be sent via Paypal to the winner on June 20th, 2010.
Family members of Miss Tutu are not eligible to participate.
